Before we explored Kohshin composting equipment, we had installed a squeezer and fermentation tank for duck manure. However, it did not effectively solve the problem. The water from the squeezer requires costly treatment before disposal. The fermentation tank has high operating costs, low capacity, and cannot fully process the manure. The final product is not immediately marketable and difficult to store. It cannot be sold separately and must be mixed with fresh manure for reuse. This leads to a foul smell, fly infestations, and biosecurity risks in the fermentation field.

To solve this problem, we installed a KNLL-6000SHW machine supplied by KOHSHIN, along with its latest Soilath® pre-composting system, to handle duck manure with high water content. The new system raises the temperature quickly, eliminates odor, and improves the farm environment. The operating cost of the system is much lower than the previous fermentation tank process. The treatment process is environmentally friendly and produces high-quality organic fertilizer that meets national standards. Our customers appreciate the dried and low-moisture fertilizer.
