The final product is loaded into the hopper, and the conveyor belt carries it to the trommel. As the trommel rotates, it separates the material by size, from 0 mm to 12 mm. The trommel is installed above the pit walls, allowing each size fraction to fall into a separate area and preventing the materials from mixing again.
One of the unique features of our trommel is its hexagonal drum design. This shape helps the material move smoothly through the trommel for efficient discharge. If the mesh is damaged, only the affected section needs to be replaced, reducing maintenance costs. The trommel is also set at an optimized angle to improve screening efficiency and prevent material from remaining inside the drum.
